We have built
our kitchen range to fit diagonally across a corner, but it could be easily
adapted to fit in the middle of a wall or into a corner.
Detailed instructions have been given for the tiled range
surround, the chimney breast and the mantelpiece, which you can fit into an
existing room, or build a room box to your own dimensions.
All sizes are in millimeters and the dimensions given fit the
range we have used, but these could easily be adapted to fit an alternative kit
or a ready made range.
STEP
ONE Assemble the range and tiled
surround.
STEP TWO
Construct the chimney breast.
STEP THREE Build the
mantelpiece.
STEP FOUR
Add the wallpaper, skirting boards and
flooring.
