Unusually for a miniature service we have included a slop bowl which enabled the hostess to drain the tea leaves from her guests' cups before pouring a fresh cup. We have also added a number of new and unusual pieces including both a cheese dome and cheese wedge and an asparagus dish with a separate little pot for clarified butter.
